At Tacky Overgrips, we want getting your new favorite grip to be just as easy as ordering it. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping your order.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of being placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package.
Shipping Times
We currently ship orders within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend checking around your property and with household members or neighbors first. If you still can’t locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Tacky Overgrips is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to get your order to you safely and on time, Tacky Overgrips is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier after your order has been shipped.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged package and products so we can help determine next steps.
